About
A registry experiment, described plainly.
Superintelligence Passport is an early preview. It issues a permanent identity record for software, AI and self-declared SI-class agents, and lets environments grant scoped, revocable permission. It is a prototype: not certified, not audited, not an official registry.
Where it stands

Early preview registry
Early preview registry. Not certified or audited. Fields marked self-declared are unverified. Demo data is throwaway.

Verifiable registry
Every issuance and rule change is in a public, append-only, cryptographically checkable log. The log is verifiable; it is not yet independently witnessed, so we do not call it independent, neutral, trusted or certified.
What you can check yourself
- Each decision gets a signed stamp (hashes only) that anyone can verify against the published keys.
- Issuances and rule changes land in a Merkle transparency log. Your browser verifies the checkpoint signature on that page.
- The rulebook is public and versioned. Changes carry a notice period and are logged before they take effect.
- Owner assurance is shown as a level with an honest description: L0 to L3.
What we do not claim
- No certification, audit, legal or regulatory compliance, or official status.
- No claim of independence, neutrality or authority. A single operator runs this preview; there are no independent witnesses yet.
- No claim that a self-declared class (SOFTWARE, AI, SI) or owner type is true. The registry stores and signature-checks evidence; it does not judge truth or safety.
- "License" here means a registry credential / scoped authorization issued by an operator, not a government or regulatory licence.
- Biometrics are never stored. Identity providers return a receipt; we keep the level and a receipt hash only.
Path to something worth trusting
Stage 2
At least two unrelated witnesses cosigning checkpoints, a public monitor, an external audit and an oversight board. Not reached. See witnesses.
Stage 3
Governance by a foundation or federation rather than a single operator. Not started.
