Early preview
What “early preview” means here
DRAFT · not reviewed by a lawyer. Version 2026-10-05.draft-1. This text is a good-faith description of how the early preview works, written by the operator. It is not legal advice, not a compliance statement under any regime, and will change after counsel review. If anything here conflicts with how the service actually behaves, the behaviour described in the public code and rulebook is what happens.
- Prototype. Superintelligence Passport is an experiment. It is not certified, audited, accredited, independent, neutral, official, or an authority for anything. No government, standards body or regulator has endorsed it.
- No assurance claims. A passport is a registry record that a key holder registered an agent. It does not say the agent is safe, lawful, aligned, or who stands behind it beyond the owner level shown (L0 key only, L1 domain proven). No identity provider is connected, so no L2/L3 owner check exists in production.
- No service levels. No uptime, latency or support commitment. Features, limits and wording may change; rulebook changes are announced with a notice period (/rules/notice).
- Permanent by design. Passport ids are never reused or deleted and the transparency log is append-only. Do not register anything you would need erased. Use the sandbox to experiment.
- No money moves. Spend limits are an authorisation ledger. Nothing is charged, held or paid out by this service.
- Witnesses. The log is cosigned only by a witness run by the same operator (labelled operator-run). It is not independently witnessed.
- Use at your own risk, for evaluation only. Do not rely on it for decisions with legal, financial or safety consequences.
